  • If you contact us from 7am – 6pm, we will call you within the hour. If you’ve contacted us after 7pm, expect a call from us by 8:30am—or sooner.
  • When we call, a friendly CJS Heating & Air professional will need gather enough information about your AC system to schedule your service.
  • After gathering all the needed info, we’ll provide a number of appointment options so you can pick on that best fits your schedule.

On the day of your service appointment

  • One of our clean, screened, trained and timely CJSs techs will call you 30 minutes prior to arriving. We know you’re busy and wouldn’t want you waiting around, wondering about our arrival.
  • Once your CJS ech arrives, he will review what needs to be done and provide you with all your Straight Forward Pricing options—before any work begins.
  • Remember: the price you agree to is what we’ll charge—even if it turns out more work is needed to get the quoted work done. Because CJS means YES, we’re not done until you’re totally satisfied. Guaranteed.
