- If you contact us from 7am – 7pm, we will call you within the hour. If you’ve contacted us after 7pm, expect a call from us by 8:30am—or sooner.
- When we call, a friendly CJS Heating & Air professional will need gather enough information about your current system to schedule an appointment to assess your needs. (It would be helpful if you could tell us your system’s age.)
- Then, you will be given a number of schedule options to fit your schedule.
When your time comes for your System Replacement assessment
- One of our CJS Heating & Air comfort advisors will call you 30 minutes prior to arriving. We know you’re busy and wouldn’t want you waiting around, wondering about our arrival.
- Assessing your heating needs will take some time because want to make sure you get a properly sized system
- After assessing your needs, we’ll provide you with all the possible options to choose from
- Remember, CJS offers available financing with approved credit
- Our goal: install a system you can depend on for reliable comfort
