CJS has a “yes attitude” when it comes to you, your family and your home. It’s our goal to always look for ways to make our customers happy. We are constantly working to “say yes” to our customer’s needs and desires.
We believe in being gracious guests in your home
Your CJS team believes that when we enter you or your family’s home that we should treat it like it was our own grandmother’s home. Our code of conduct in your home is to be always honest, always safe, always a positive attitude, and always-good workmanship. Just like it was for grandma.
We believe in being worthy of your trust
Every CJS technician is clean, screened, trained, and timely. That means they have been drug tested, background checked, and continually trained. That’s why only 1 in every 30 candidates earn the privilege of wearing the CJS uniform.
We believe in providing you with 100% satisfaction
If you are not completely satisfied with our work, if we simply cannot make you happy then pay what you think is fair. If that means not a dime then so be it because believe doing everything we can to please you means putting everything on the line.
We believe every repair should be guaranteed
If we make a recommendation to you, perform the repair and your problem is not fixed, well simply put, the repair just performed …is FREE!
We believe in straight-forward, up-front, no surprise pricing
We hide nothing, you will know, before we begin working, “to a penny”, exactly what your investment is going to be. There will be NO surprises.
We believe in total system transparency
On every call, we perform a thorough “System Performance Report” You will be made aware of what is working good, what is in the gray area, and what needs attention today. This report allows you to make the best decisions when it comes to your homes comfort system repairs.
We believe in taking responsibility for respecting your property
All properties including carpeting, floors, walls, furniture, door frames are protected. Damaged property will be replaced or repaired. Protective floor savers will be worn on our technician’s shoes or your service call fee is Free!
We believe in being timely or paying YOU if we’re not—no matter what reason
If you choose us to replace your system and we do not have your new system operating by the date promised, we will pay you $500.00 for your inconvenience.
