Here’s what you can expect next:
- If you contact us from 7am – 7pm, we will call you within the hour. If you’ve contacted us after 7pm, expect a call from us by 8:30am—or sooner.
- When we call, a friendly CJS Heating & Air professional will need gather enough information about your system to schedule your service appointment. (It would be helpful if you could tell us your system’s age.)
- Then, you will be given a number of service appointment options to fit your schedule.
When your time comes for your system service
- One of our clean, screened, trained and timely CJS Heating & Air techs will call you 30 minutes prior to arriving. We know you’re busy and wouldn’t want you waiting around, wondering about our arrival.
- Once your CJS tech arrives, he will get right to work diagnosing your system
- You will be presented with all the possible options to choose from before any work begins
- CJS Straight Forward Pricing means the price you agree to is the price you pay—even if more work is needed at time of service
- Our goal: take all the worry out of your heating and air conditioning and earn your trust for future service
