That's definitely an issue, but it may not require us to come out.
If you're comfortable (and only if you're comfortable doing this and nothing in your house will stop or malfunction as a result), I need you to find and flip the breaker for your air conditioner to "off," wait a couple seconds, then flip it back "on."
Doing this will tell us if you're electrical system, thermostat, faulty transformer or loose connection is the issue.

A little issue would be a dirty air filter, refrigerant leak or outside air getting into your ducts.
A big issue means broken vales, or even an undersized system. We might be able to fix the valve(s). If not, we might have to replace your whole air conditioner to get you cool again.

When your furnace runs fine, but your house never gets warm enough, it’s either a very small, or a very BIG problem…
A small problem would be that your thermostat isn’t working right, or it’s in the wrong place, or even something as simple as a little switch we can just replace.
